![]() I have remove the hardware hash for the device, delete the device from Intune, Azure, AD and SCCM. I can occasionally get the device to work again, and it seems like random luck, when I do the following. I have removed the hardware hash for the device, deleted the device from Intune, Azure, AD and SCCM. I have had the AD Permissions checked at least five times. I have had the Intune Connector reinstalled, doesn't fix it. In the system log, it appears that the device never receives the ODJ Blob back, as this step fails out after 25-30 minutes, but the logs on the DC for the Intune connector never show the request unless it is the first time a machine is running the autopilot setup. I attempted to run Neihaus' Autopilot Diagnostics, but it tells me that the device is not an autopilot device. It fails every time right after entering credentials with error code 80070002 (File Not Found). Once the machine has been through Autopilot for Domain 2, we are unable to successfully reset, wipe, fresh start the device. We are able to run autopilot on a machine to hybrid AD join to Domain 2 exactly once. The AD Containers and connector system permissions have been set exactly the same as Domain 1, and the Domain Join configuration has been set up, everything looks correct in regards to setup. We're able to do wipes, fresh starts, resets, the whole thing no problem.ĭomain 2 is an absolute nightmare. We're able to Hybrid AD Join with Autopilot over the internet, no problem. Unfortunately, decisions have been made at levels above my pay grade that we are going to make Hybrid AD join work, as there's not enough interest or support to go full Azure, as well as a deep reliance on GPOs and a lot of legacy garbage, so here we are trying to get Intune and Autopilot to work.ĭomain 1 works with no problems. I support an Intune tenant that has multiple domains connected to it. I'm hoping you can help me with a bizarre problem that I haven't been able to get a good lead on. ![]()
